Salon Etiquette

Quality Service Policy

All chemical services are guaranteed only when our professional products are used for homecare maintenance. Our staff will recommend a homecare regimen to maintain, restore and replenish your individual needs.

If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of your service at J Ashley Salon, please notify management within two weeks of your visit. We will gladly assist you.

If at any time you are not satisfied with a staff member of

J Ashley Salon, for whatever reason, please notify management.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of our service and is graciously welcomed in the form of cash or personal check to your designer.

Cancellations

We understand life happens and ask that if you are unable to keep an appoin​tment, kindly give 48 hour notice for a cancellation. The 1st late cancellation​ requires a credit card on file for future bookings (with no fee charged). The 2nd late cancellation or no show will result in a 50% fee for the services that were ​reserved. If changes need to made during non-business hours please leave a message and we will be sure make the necessary adjustments to your appointment.

Cell Phone Use

As a courtesy to our other guests, please turn your cell phone to silent mode while you are in the salon.
